1. Agreement

By accessing or using TBP you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Business users confirm that they are authorised to act for the relevant business.

2. Platform service

TBP provides technology for discovering businesses, viewing services, bookings, queues, notifications and business-management tools. Participating businesses remain responsible for the professional services they provide.

3. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information and protect account credentials. TBP may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, businesses, security or legal compliance.

4. Bookings and queues

Appointments and queue positions remain subject to business availability. Waiting times and service durations are estimates. Businesses may reschedule or cancel where necessary. Displayed cancellation/no-show terms apply where lawful.

5. Prices and payments

Service prices are normally set by the participating business. Where platform subscriptions, deposits or other payments are enabled, applicable charges and renewal terms should be shown before confirmation.

6. Refunds and consumer rights

Refund eligibility depends on the transaction, service delivery, displayed terms, payment-provider rules and mandatory consumer law. Nothing removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Owner and barber responsibilities

Businesses are responsible for accurate profiles, services, product prices, stock information, opening hours, availability, qualifications, tax obligations and lawful provision of services.

8. Acceptable use

Users must not misuse TBP, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, scrape protected data, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent activity, distribute malware or upload unlawful content.

9. Intellectual property

TBP software, branding and platform interface are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Users retain rights in content they lawfully upload and grant TBP the limited rights needed to operate the service.

10. Availability and liability

TBP aims for reliable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, TBP is not responsible for the quality or outcome of independent professional services supplied by participating businesses.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Maltese law, subject to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules that cannot legally be excluded.
