Delete Your TBP Account
Request permanent deletion of your TBP account and associated personal data from outside the mobile app.
1. What deletion means
Deletion means permanently removing the TBP account and associated personal data rather than merely freezing access. Limited data may be retained only when a specific legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or dispute reason requires it.
2. In-app and web deletion
Where account creation is available in the mobile app, TBP should also provide a readily discoverable in-app deletion path. This web page provides the external deletion route for users who no longer have access to the app.
3. Processing a request
TBP may verify account ownership, delete or anonymise data no longer required and allow protected backups to expire through normal backup rotation.
