TBP security practices and how to report a suspected vulnerability or account-security issue.
1. Platform safeguards
TBP uses HTTPS, authentication and role-based access for protected areas, restricted administration, input validation and operational monitoring appropriate to the service.
2. User security
Use a strong unique password, protect your device, sign out of shared devices and report suspicious activity. Never send passwords or full card data through support.
3. Vulnerability reporting
Use TBP Support and mark the request as a security report. Do not access or change data that does not belong to you.
