Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Principles for TBP charges, business subscriptions, deposits and service-payment refunds.
1. Service prices
Participating businesses normally set service and product prices. Applicable cancellation, no-show or deposit terms should be shown before confirmation.
2. Platform subscriptions
Where TBP offers paid business subscriptions, price, billing frequency, renewal and cancellation terms should be shown before purchase.
3. Refund assessment
Refunds depend on the transaction, service delivery, displayed terms, payment-provider rules and mandatory consumer law. Statutory rights are not limited.
4. Store billing
If a future TBP digital purchase is billed by Google Play or Apple, the store billing and refund rules may also apply.
