Prohibited conduct
- Unauthorised access to accounts, admin areas, APIs or infrastructure.
- Unauthorised automated extraction of protected/non-public data.
- Fraudulent bookings, queue entries, reviews, support requests or payments.
- Harassment, threats, impersonation or unlawful discrimination.
- Malware, exploit code or unlawful/infringing content.
- Interference with service availability or security controls.
Enforcement
TBP may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, safety, legal compliance or platform integrity.
